Manage your rules

After setting up your rule, you’ll be able to manage it effectively from the dashboard. Some key functionalities include:

  • Activate/Deactivate the Rule: After creating the rule, it’s not active until you turn it on. You can manage the status of the rule by toggling it on or off

  • Editing the Rule: You can edit any rule after it’s been created. However, to edit an active rule, you’ll need to pause it first

  • Duplicating the Rule: If you want to reuse a rule with some adjustments, you can duplicate it and create a new version

  • Deleting the Rule: If a rule is no longer needed, you can delete it.

Deleting a rule is irreversible and also deletes its activity, so be careful before deleting it.

  • Quick View: A toggle can be enabled to quickly view the conditions and actions of the rule without needing to open the rule for full editing

Filtering

In the dashboard, you can filter the Rules table to help you easily navigate and manage your rules.

You can filter the rules by:

  • Rule Name: If you have a long list of rules, you can filter by name to quickly locate a specific rule

  • Platform: Meta or TikTok

  • Rule Level: Account, campaign, adset or ad

  • Ad Account You can filter to display one or more ad account

You can apply multiple filters simultaneously for a more targeted view. To further narrow your search, use the search bar to look for specific keywords in the rule name.

Creating Custom Views

Custom views allow you to save specific filter combinations so you don’t have to reapply the filters each time you want to view a particular set of rules.

To create a custom view:

  1. Apply your desired filters, such as rule status or last ran date.

  2. Click on the Save View button.

  3. Name the view according to your needs (e.g., “Account ABC Rules,” “Rules at the Account Level”).

  4. Save the view for future access

Once you’ve created a custom view, you can easily access it at any time without needing to reapply your filters. You can also, edit & rename saved views.

Saved views have their own unique URL, allowing you to easily save and share them with others.
