The Activity Log provides a detailed change history showing the outcomes of your rules. It tracks when the rule was triggered, which filter objects matched, and the results—whether the case was successfully matched or if any errors occurred.
You can access and review these logs to ensure that your rules are running as expected. The logs will also give you insights into specific conditions that triggered the rule.
Key Details in the Activity Log:
Date and Time: The exact time when the rule was executed
Matched Filters: Displays the filter objects that matched during the rule execution
Matched Case: Indicates whether the case was successfully matched or if any errors occurred
Error Tracking: If there is an issue with a rule, such as an error, you can view the details. This section provides more granular information to help diagnose and resolve issues that may have occurred
You can view the activity log in two ways:
From the Rule Engine Page: Navigate to the Activities section in the left-side menu to see a list of all rules that have been triggered
For a Specific Rule: Click on the View button for a particular rule to see its detailed activity log
