Besides preparing your new ads row by row, you can also make use of powerful bulk importing and editing features.
Hitting the "Import assets" button at the bottom left of the Launch Sheet starts the bulk importing flow.
Select multiple assets from your asset storage provider.
In GoogleDrive, you can navigate into a folder and hit CMD+A on Mac or CTRL+A on Windows to select all files in the folder. Note that there are always 2 matching files that belong to the same creative. Their names only differ in that they either include "1x1" or "9x16".
If you like, you can now also add more assets from a different folder using the 'Add more assets' button.
Choose who assets should be added into row / ads
For Single Image and Single Video ads, we support automatic grouping by name for creatives with 2 or 3 assets. If you don't use multiple assets of have different ad formats, one asset per row will be imported using the "One asset per item" option.
In our case, our all files can be matched by name using the 1x1 / 9x16 option.
If the given options don't match your naming, you can also add a custom naming pair.
All assets will be matched by their names.
Note that all 12 assets were correctly grouped into 6 items with 2 assets each.
Hitting "Confirm" adds all assets to the sheet, automatically adding the correct ad format and adding an ad name that includes all parts that are the same across both assets without the file extension; in this case "LAUNCH 100s - Grey Gradient - MACBOOK -" etc.
You can import an existing ad’s headlines, primary texts, descriptions, destination URL, display URL and CTA by using the "Import Ad" button at the bottom left.
Ad formats supported: Single image, Single video, Flexible. Carousel ads are not supported. Collection ads do not allow to import/edit the Instant Experience.
Once you have added your creative assets in bulk to the Launch Sheet, you can edit all other fields in bulk using the "Bulk-Edit" option in the top right corner.
If you already have a value in the first row of the selected items, its value will show up as the default value.
Editing ad names in bulk allows for a few more advanced features:

Find and replace
Add prefix and suffix
The Replace option simply behaves like all other Bulk-Editing options in that it will replace current ads' names with an new one that is the same across all ads.
You can also Find and replace parts of all selected ads' names, e.g. to correct typos, change out words or numbers. Note that this is case-sensitive.
If you e.g. used the Bulk Asset Import functionality and would like to add more information to each ads' name than just the creative name, you can simply use the Add prefix and suffix option that will add the entered text before or after the current ad name, respectively.
In addition to editing rows values in bulk, you can also delete, duplicate ads (without assets) and duplicate ads with their assets in bulk.
Removes all selected assets. Only possible with items that are in draft or with error.
Duplicates the selected items without assets. Mirrors the same behaviour as the "Duplicate" botton in the Actions column on the right of each row.

In order to easily share published ads and their preview links with colleagues or clients, you can bulk-export them.
Once you click OK the values will be copied to your clipboard and you can paste them anywhere, e.g. a GoogleSheet.
Whether for a different or the same ad account, it is possible to copy rows (both launched in draft) from one Launch Sheet to another.
Select any items you want to copy
Hover over "Bulk Actions"
Click "Copy to another sheet"
After doing so you will also be able to navigate to the new sheet with one click.
Hitting the button adds "Launch more ads" to all other rows as well.
